Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website erdcateringltd.site and any engagement with ERD Catering Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by ERD Catering Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 131 Chase Side, Enfield, England, EN2 6NN, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 305 775.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Licensing, age and refusal of service
These premises operate under a premises licence granted under the Licensing Act 2003. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over and only during the hours and in accordance with the conditions permitted by that licence. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: any customer who appears to be under 25 will be asked for photographic identification, and service will be refused where a valid passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited card is not produced. It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of a person under 18, and it is an offence to sell alcohol to a person who is drunk; we will refuse service accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry and to ask any person to leave.
We do not operate irresponsible promotions. We do not run drinking games, unlimited or fixed-fee unlimited drinking offers, promotions that reward drinking quickly or in quantity, or promotions directed at encouraging intoxication, all of which are prohibited by the mandatory conditions attaching to a premises licence. Alcohol-free and soft drinks are available at all times and free drinking water is available on request. Persons under 18 are admitted to the extent our premises licence allows and, where permitted, must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
3b. Food, allergens and bookings
Information on the 14 allergens regulated under assimilated Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is available for everything we serve and will be given before you order; please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before ordering, and where you are booking for a group, give us the allergy information for the party in advance. We prepare a range of dishes in a single kitchen using shared equipment, preparation surfaces and frying oil, and we therefore cannot guarantee that any dish is free from any particular allergen, even where the recipe does not contain it; where we cannot be certain we will say so rather than reassure you. Menus, dishes, prices and availability are those stated at the time of ordering. Bookings, groups and functions are subject to availability, to our premises licence and to any deposit and cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking. Where a service charge is applied it will be stated before you order and is optional; ask and it will be removed. Nothing we say about food is nutritional, dietary or medical advice.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
